Ceremony and Overtime

Bridal Preparation - $500
Create some memorable photo opportunities in the newly renovated bridal suite. You will have additional time prior to your on-site ceremony to get ready for the day's events. You and your bridal party will have an additional 90 minutes for bridal preparation with chilled mimosas included for all.

First Look - $500
Have a private and intimate moment as you and your soon to be spouse see each other prior to your nuptials. You will have additional time prior to your on-site ceremony for your First Look and/or formal photos. You will have access to two acres of courtyard and the bridal suite for an additional 90 minutes.

Use of Grounds for Ceremony - $1250
Our riverside courtyard, with seating for all of your guests at our gazebo creates that extra special outdoor ceremony experience of your dreams. If you prefer an elegant indoor setting, exchange your vows within the ballroom with seating for all of your guests. Your ceremony will include thirty minutes of aded time and a full staff on hand. Thirty minutes of rehearsal time is also included. 

Overtime - $700
Give your guests the opportunity to dance the night away. Extend your wedding reception for an additional hour. Overtime includes exclusive use of the facility and grounds with a full staff.

Food and Beverage

Open Bar - $1875 and up
Your guests will enjoy an open bar during the cocktail hour or for the entire wedding reception. The open bar includes beer, wine, cordials, and top shelf liquor. Only pay for what your guests drink.

Passed Hors D'oeuvres - $6 for one    $15 for three   (priced per guest)
Guests will enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour. Choose hot and/or cold hors d’oeuvres from our menu.

Signature Beverage Bar - $400
Add a refreshing touch of fun to your cocktail hour with your favorite alcholic beverage of choice. You and your guests will enjoy a choice of Margaritas, Mimosa, Rum Runner, Sangria, Spiked Apple Cider, or Spiked Lemonade. Unlimited refills throughout the cocktail hour are included. Must be 21+ to enjoy. 

Champagne Toast
Add a touch of class to your special toast. Filled with bubbling champagne, every glass will be raised and enjoyed, commemorating your special day. This option is included with all wedding packages.

Artistically Designed Wedding Cake with Cutting and Serving - $5 per slice
During your cake design consultation, choose from an assortment of flavors, shapes, and sizes. (cake upgrades available)

Wine Service - $60.00 per table
Throughout the meal, every table is visited and offered wine service. Your guests will enjoy red and white wines poured by an on duty wine steward.

Specialty Lighting

Complete Ambient Uplighting with Centerpiece Spotlighting - $1000
Enhance the appearance of your reception with our ambient uplighting and pinpoint spotlighting. Our uplighting fixtures are strategically placed to illuminate the perimeter of the room and above the dance floor with a pallett of colors that matches your theme or adds a subtle contrast. Our speciality pin-point lighting will spotlight every guest table accentuating your centerpiece. The uplighting and pinpoint lighting adds a touch of class to the overall appearance of your reception space.

Customized Monogram - $300
Complete your personalized wedding theme with a custom monogram on the dance floor. This monogram is specifically designed with your names or initials and wedding date. Available in a multitude of styles.

Ceiling Drapery - $900
Wow your guests with elegant ceiling drapery over the center of the dancefloor. This enhancement will add a touch of class to the decor of your reception and draw the eyes of your guests to where all the action takes place. When combined with our ambient uplighting and pinpoint spotlighting, your customized look will create a beautiful effect for the perfect day!

Room Enhancements

Mahogany Chiavari Chairs - $15.00 per guest
Elegant mahogany chiavari chairs will compliment any linen and enhance the look of the ballroom for your special day. Additional chiavari chair colors are avaialble at an additional cost. Add floor length colored tablecloths or accent linens to complete the look!

Floor Length Colored Tablecloths - $35 per table
Add to the décor of the room with floor length tablecloths. Available in a multitude of styles and colors. Add an accent overlay for an extra special touch. Upgrades available upon request.

Centerpieces - $15.00 per table
Create a romantic setting with a beautiful, three tiered, floating candle centerpiece.

Ceiling Drapery - $900
Wow your guests with elegant ceiling drapery over the center of the dancefloor. This enhancement will add a touch of class to the decor of your reception and draw the eyes of your guests to where all the action takes place. When combined with our ambient uplighting and pinpoint spotlighting, your customized look will create a beautiful effect for the perfect day!

Wedding Day Services

Photobooth Fun - $900

Add a touch of entertainment with a photobooth on your special day. You and your guests will enjoy time spent together taking photos and making new memories to have...forever. A scrapbook of all of your day's photobooth memories is included. A $300.00 deposit is required to reserve the photobooth. 

Complete Entertainment Package - $1600
Enjoy five hours of continuous entertainment with one professional DJ/emcee. Dance your day away with a selection of over 50,000 songs played on a high quality sound system. (also available for ceremonies)

Complete Photography Package - $2000
Capture your wedding day with seven hours of coverage from a professional photographer. A proof set with all of your high resolution images is included. (albums and upgrades available)
 

Floral and Invitations

Complete Floral Package - $900
Your complete floral package includes a bouquet for the bride, four bridesmaids' bouquets, two mothers' bouquets, a boutonniere for the groom, four ushers' boutonnieres, and two fathers' boutonnieres. (substitutions and upgrades available)

Seating Board - $325
An elegant, 20"x30" ready to frame, full color seating board (chart) with your choice of background image (replaces seating cards).

Welcome Sign - $325
A fully customized 20"x30", ready to hang, full color welcome sign with your choices of design, style, and color.

Transportation

Limousine Service - $540
Arrive in style in a ten passenger white stretched limousine. Single trip transportation is included to the ceremony and reception with "Red Carpet" service. Also available for post wedding transportation. (upgrades and additional limousines available)
