$500 Private Event Payment
When planning your private event, The Canoe Club Ballroom has created a payment schedule to simplify the payment process. By making three payments, we help our customers remove the burden of having one large payment just prior to day of the event. The required payment schedule is listed below.
- $500 deposit is due when signing your initial event agreement
- 50% a total of 50% is due 45 days prior to event
- Final balance due 10 days prior to your event date
When planning your bereavement event, The Canoe Club Ballroom has developed a flexible payment schedule to make the process easier for you. We understand the emotional and financial considerations at this time, so by breaking down the total cost into two payments, we aim to relieve the stress of making a large payment right before the event. The required payment schedule is outlined below.
- $1000 deposit is due when signing your initial event agreement
- Final balance due 2 days prior to your bereavement event date
