  • The CCB has created a payment schedule for each type of event to not only simplify the process, but also eliminate the burden of our customers having to make a large payment as their event date approaches. Our planning team understands that our customers live very busy lives, and with this in mind, we streamlined the payment process by creating our online payment portal. Although we are only too happy to schedule an appointment to take your payment in person, most customers enjoy the convenience of making online payments.

    We accept credit card payments online as well as in person payments via credit card, bank check, and cash. There are no additional fees for credit card transactions. All payments are non-refundable and any overpayments can be used toward event upgrades.



PAYMENT SCHEDULES

Weddings, Quinceneras, Mitzvahs, Sweet 16s 
The required payment schedule is $2500 per payment including an initial deposit as well as payments due 15, 12, 9, 6, and 3 months prior to the event date. The final payment is due 10 days prior to the event date.

Private Events
The required payment schedule includes an initial deposit of $500, 50% of the balance due 45 days prior to the event date, and the final balance due 10 days prior to the event date.

Bereavements
The required payment schedule includes an initial deposit of $1000 as well as the final balance due 2 days prior to the event date.

Photobooth Deposit
When adding the photobooth to your event a $300 deposit is required.

Tasting - Additional Guests
The first two attending the event are free. Additional guests are welcome to attend for $50/person.

Other Payments
We are only too happy to have customers make adiditonal payments on their events. Please use the "contrabution amount" in the online payment form and type in the payment amount you wish to pay.
