The CCB team will make sure everyone attending the celebration has the best culinary experience possible. Our celebrations menu include includes two very distinct culinary experience for the adults and the kids. 
 
The adults will enjoy a full four-course, plated meal, with an array of choices for each individual course. The culinary journey will begin their dining experience during the cocktail hour with a stationary display of assorted cheeses, crackers, and fresh vegetables crudité. Following cocktail hour, your friends and family will partake in the time-honored tradition of a champagne toast while seated at tables of eight to ten which are adorned with fine ivory linens accentuated by linen napkins available in a multitude of colors. Continuing the culinary journey, you and your guests will be served a four-course, sit down meal,  including your choice of many options as well as some amazing upgraded selections for the prelude, interlude, entree with vegetable and a starch, and the serving of the wedding cake for dessert. After dinner, your guests will enjoy partaking in the hot beverage bar with over a dozen selections of hot beverages including coffees and teas. After completing a culinary journey that will be remembered by all, you and your guests will party the day away making memories that will last a lifetime!

The kids will have a kid friendly buffet with a medley of finger foods, sides, salads, soda bar, and desserts. Located in a separate area with a personal attendant, the kids will be well taken care of so the adults can enjoy their day while not having to make sure the kids are taken care of.

All cuisine options are priced per person and may be subject to minimum quantities. All of our food is prepared on-site in our fully equipped kitchen. Chldren’s meals and specialty meals are available upon request.
