You will have exclusive access to our two acres of beautifully manicured courtyard for formal photos. Your personal attendant can escort you to the riverview patio which is the perfect place to lounge and hang-out during photo time. Enjoy amazing photos by the pergola entrance, the gazebo, or anywhere throughout the riverside courtyard nestled in the woods.
grand ballroom
Our Grand Ballroom offers an elegant party experience for all in attendance on your special day. You and your guests will first enjoy a cocktail hour with plenty of time to mingle and then the chosen menu will be served. If your event has dancing, it will be on the largest dance floor in New England.
lobby
Our lobby area creates an inviting atmosphere for guests as they arrive for your celebration. Guests will be greeted by one of our friendly coordinators as they find their seating placement and enjoy any other personal and creative items or displays you wish to showcase.
riverside lounge
Our lounge area offers a great view of the Nunckatessett River. Located adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, guests will enjoy an intimate area for conversing and gathering while enjoying one another’s company throughout your event
private suite and photo room
This private suite, is adjacent to the grand ballroom and is adorned with mid century decor and a built-in fireplace for a warm and comfortable atmosphere. This area offers a great private space for any to enjoy as well as a perfect spot for any indoor photos. If there is a guest of honor, the introduction can be made while entering from this area.

This room was designed with the Boston sports enthusiast in mind. This space offers an additional private area if quiet time is needed during the celebration.
private bathroom
With plenty of space, an oversized full-length mirror, and a vanity stocked with anything you could need, this private space will be of great use during the event for changing, makeup touchups, and wardrobe attention.
