Beautifully decorated venue for the holidays
The halls will be decked with holiday themed decorations including festive table linens, centerpieces, decorations throughout the interior, and matching specialty uplighting.


4 1/2 hours of live entertainment
A professional disc jockey is provided so all will enjoy listening and dancing to their favorite hits. From background music during the cocktail hour and dinner, to dancing music throughout the rest of the evening, your holiday party will be a huge success!


Cash bar with wine, beer, and spirits
Enjoy toasting the holiday season with friends, family, and co-workers. The Canoe Club Ballroom bar is stocked with all the most popular beers, wines, spirits, and liquors. Open bar options are available for individual groups.


Photo Booth FUN!!! :-)
Be silly in our complimentary photo booth. We provide the props and unlimited printed photo strips and you provide the FUN!!! The photo booth is open from the beginning of cocktail hour up until 30 minutes prior to the end of the evening.


Cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres
During the first hour, mingle with your friends, family, and co-workers. Help yourselves to an array of seasonal fruit and fresh vegetable crudité with dipping sauces and a delectable display of assorted cheese and crackers. Enjoy wine, beer, and spirits from our fully stocked cash bar. 


Fully catered buffet dinner will include

• Fresh Rolls and Butter - Fancy dinner rolls served with individual butter balls
• Caesar Salad - Romaine lettuce and seasoned croutons topped with shredded parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing
• String Beans - Vine ripened string beans sautéed in garlic and oil
• Roast Beef Carving Station - Roast Beef seasoned with herbs and served with a thick gravy cooked to perfection while being sliced in front of you and served by our head chef.
• Chicken CCB - Chef’s special boneless pan-seared breaded chicken roasted with red peppers and capers
• Vegetarian Lasagna - Seven layer lasagna stuffed with ricotta cheese, tomato sauce, baked mozarella, romano cheese, and finely cut assorted vegetables
• Creamy Whipped Potatoes - A creamy blend of finely whipped potatoes 
   

Milk and Cookies Bar
After dinner, we will have a festive cookies & cold milk display set up for all to enjoy!

Hot Beverage Bar
A hot beverage bar with commercial grade Keurig machines will be available to every guest all evening. This unique hot beverage experience includes eleven selections of coffees, teas, and cocoa as well as a variety of sweeteners, creams, mini marshmallows, and peppermint sticks!!! Every guest will enjoy their hot beverage of choice made the way they like it.

Dancing throughout the evening
Grab a loved one or your nearest co-worker and enjoy the sounds of the season as well as music spanning from the 50's to today. Everyone is encouraged to slow dance, fast dance, and line dance the night away!
