The expert team at the Canoe Club Ballroom helps you with the planning of your special day from beginning to end. We start with a customized timeline and work with you all the way through to your wedding day details. The CCB team will keep you on track and collaborate with you when it is time to choose your room decor and figure out what room layout works best for your guests. We also provide a simplified way for you to share with us your seating arrangement and guests’ food choices.
We not only help you with the process of staying organized for your wedding, but we also assist you in understanding all of the “in house” options that the CCB offers such as the wedding day cuisine, hundreds of linen options, photobooth, uplighting, and much more. The CCB has so many in-house options available that you benefit from not having to find additional companies to communicate with, pay, and schedule. Throughout the planning process we will work with you and update you with the costs associated with all of your options helping you stay within your budget. Our couples are free to book wedding vendors on their own, however, the CCB Wedding Concierge Team has simplified the process of finding wedding vendors by doing the behind the scenes research for you. We have heard from our couples in the past that the most time consuming difficult parts of the planning process are finding professional vendors through Google searches, spending hours searching Instagram or TikTok, and communicating with vendors who just never seem to respond. Our wedding day coordinators have hosted thousands of weddings and have worked with countless vendors. We have assembled a list of the best of the best vendors that our couples and our team have enjoyed working with. Every Vendor who is recommended as part of our Wedding Concierge Program has been vetted thoroughly to make sure they will do a wonderful job for our couples as well as work seamlessly with the event staff. These efforts, by the Wedding Concierge Team, ensure that finding the professional Vendor that is right for you is now a stress free process and easier than ever.

The Wedding Concierge Team leads the coordination of your entire day with only one goal, to make sure that your special day reflects all of your planning and that you have the wedding you have always dreamt of. You will have four coordinators on hand, and the happy couple will be assigned a dedicated “wedding attendant” who will tend to your every need throughout your day. With precision, your coordinators make sure that the timeline is followed by your vendors throughout your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, keeping everyone on-track for the day’s events. We create a stress free day by taking care of all of the details, while keeping you informed and updated throughout your entire day.
